Glass Tubes for Reed Switches
Glass tubes for encapsulating reed switches include STI and SRI.

 Features
  • STI and SRI are infrared absorbing glasses with lead free composition, used for encapsulating reed switch contacts made of 52 Ni-Fe alloy.
  • STI is recommended when a high electrical resistance is required. SRI features a minimal vaporization characteristic during the sealing process which keeps reed switches clean.
