E-Glass Chopped strand mat

Chopped strand mat is manufactured by cutting strands, consisting of 100 monofilaments with 12 microns in diameter, into 50 mm length.
These cut strands are then formed into randomly dispersed lamination layers and then held together with 10-14% polyester powder binder.

[ Characteristics ]

This mat is therefore highly suitable for car headliner.
NEG produces chopped strand mat of 100 and 135 g/m² in weight.
