Chief Minister of Selangor, Malaysia, visited NEG

On May 26th, our company received twelve visitors from Selangor in Malaysia, including the Chief Minister of Selangor and persons related to Invest Selangor. The visitors took a tour of the P&P Technology Center Otsu.
The excellent access to major airports and ports and the high level of infrastructure development have meant that many foreign companies from Japan and elsewhere have established factories in the state of Selangor. The state government is also very active in efforts to attract foreign investment.
The visitors, who were led by the Chief Minister of Selangor, The Right Hon. Mohamed Azmin bin Ali, took time during their busy stay in Japan to visit NEG, which has been a major investor in the state of Selangor. Masayuki Arioka, Chairman of the Board and Motoharu Matsumoto, President, expressed their gratitude for the support that has been received over the many years since Nippon Electric Glass (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. was established in 1991 as a local production base for the glass for color cathode ray tubes.
