BS-A (Amber Borosilicate Glass Tubing) has an excellent chemical durability and is used for pharmaceutical containers such as ampoules, vials,medication prefilled syringes etc. and for chemical laboratory wares like test tubes.
BS-A is desigined to protect sensitive pharmaceutical preparations such as vitamins from bule light and UV light ranges. It meets Japanese pharmacopeia which prescribes visibility not only in the blue light and UV light ranges but also the visible light ranges.
