Nippon Electric Glass Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Otsu, Shiga, Japan, President: Motoharu Matsumoto) will exhibit its all-oxide all-solid-state Na-ion secondary battery that is released in November 2021, at an exhibition “World Smart Energy Week” for the first time.
The Company will show a battery pack and a battery element* that constitutes a battery pack. A developer will give presentations to introduce the features of the battery such as high safety and wide operating temperature. He will also demonstrate that the battery has potential to operate a small home appliance.
