On October 26, Ms. Naomi Koshi, Mayor of Otsu City, visited our company.
Otsu City has a program called “Leader’s company visit” (Mayor visits companies which are positively promoting women’s active participation.), and NEG was chosen this time.
Firstly, Mr. Arioka, our Chairman, expressed his gratitude for the support from Otsu City, and then we introduced our promotion of women’s active participation.
Mayor and our employees exchanged their opinions regarding the promotion of men’s taking child-care leave and women’s active participation.
